I have had tons of people ask about credit lately. Money is so cheap right and many more people are buying and refinancing.
Ways to increase your credit:
1. It's simple pay your bills on time. Especially never let a bill go more than 30 days late.
2. Don't have open credit cards with zero balances.
3. If you do choose to have credit cards make sure to keep the balance below half of the maximum amount allowed.
4. Keep an eye on your credit-know your credit. Make sure there isn't anything that is on your credit that isn't suppose to be there.
And something I learned myself is-make sure your lenders report to all 3 credit agencies. I recently learned that the lender that carries my major loan only reports to 2. That is why there was a difference in the 3 scores.

Lilyan's 28th Week
Lily and I are in our 28th week! Wow I cannot believe how long it has been. She and I have grown so much, probably doubled in the last two weeks. Blake and I were amazed at the differences in the pictures from week 26 to 28. Blake is just as excited as I am about our little miracle. He talks to her all the time and reminds her how much her daddy loves her. He kisses and loves on her when he loves on me and Anna (our other daughter, our maltese-shih tzu). He says he is out numbered with girls three to one but he cannot wait!
Our next appointment is this Tuesday at 9:00. At this appointment is when we get the 4D ultrasound. We cannot wait to see her. The last time we saw her was about 19 weeks. I will post some pictures of her when we have them.
Please continue to keep us and our little miracle Lilyan Josephine in your prayers. I know God has special plans for our little girl.
